The best learning doesn’t feel like a lecture. Whether it’s on stage or in the room, I create space for insight, connection, and momentum.
I design sessions that help teams get unstuck, build connection, and shift how they work together—from the inside out. My sessions focus on helping people understand themselves and each other—so they can work better together. I work with professionals, leaders, and teams who are navigating change, figuring out how to collaborate more effectively, or just need time to pause and reflect.
TRAINING
Session Formats:
Sessions are always designed around your team’s needs and goals. All sessions are available In person in Edmonton and surrounding areas, across Canada by arrangement, and fully online for remote or distributed teams.
Options Include:
Short Workshops (90-120 minutes)
Great for focused learning on one topic or tool, with time to reflect and apply.
Half-Day Sessions
Enough time to dive deeper into concepts, try experiential activities, and start applying insight as a group.
Full-Day or Multi-Day Retreats
Space for deeper learning, group connection, and meaningful conversations—without rushing. Great for teams navigating change, growth, or re-alignment.
What You Can Expect
If your team needs time to reset or work through something together, we can build a session around it. I don’t offer pre-packaged workshops, but I’ll work with you to shape something useful and real. Every session includes:
Learning by doing – LEGO, movement, and other simple tools to help ideas click
Time to reflect and learn from each other – not just from me or a slide deck
Assessments used with purpose – like Strengths, EQ, AQ, when they support the learning
Pacing that works for real people – enough variety to keep things moving, but space for those who need time to think before jumping in

I don’t use a stage to perform or preach. I use it to connect, ask good questions, and offer something useful people can take with them.

Experience My Energy on Stage
Tiffany’s session on Clifton Strengths was incredibly insightful and enjoyable. She made the content easy to connect with, and I walked away with a much clearer understanding of my own strengths and how to lean into them more effectively. It was the perfect lead into our off-site meetings, helping me feel more grounded and focused going into the rest of the sessions.

Sr. HR Business Partner
Tiffany from the start was very professional and worked closely with our team to understand what we needed. At our off site she very friendly, warm and engaging. She spoke from experience and related to the team very quickly. The team really enjoyed the session and took away a shared understanding which is something we really needed. I wish we could have her run all our meetings!
Director
Tiffany created the environment needed to pull introspective insight without explicitly asking for it. It made each participant come to their own conclusions…which I think is much more impactful than theoretical application. It allowed for conversations and different perspectives to emerge, which I think is really foundational for growth and team building.

Culture, Engagement and Communications Lead

I speak to people who are in it—doing the work, facing change, trying to grow without burning out.
Sometimes that’s a leadership team. Sometimes it’s staff who just need space to think. Sometimes it’s a room full of MBA students asking, “What now?” If the group’s open to reflection, willing to be real, and open to challenging their own thinking—I’m probably a good fit.
