CliftonStrengths® is a self-assessment that helps you identify what you naturally do best. Instead of focusing on fixing weaknesses, it’s about leaning into what already works for you; your patterns of thinking, feeling, and doing that come most naturally.

Ability (your adaptable skills), Character (your inner drivers), and Environment (your external conditions and support systems). Each of those is made up of practical, measurable sub-skills.
