By downloading or using 3-2-1 Reflect, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. What This App Is
3-2-1 Reflect is a personal reflection tool designed to support self-awareness, confidence, and growth through a structured three-step practice: celebrating inputs, noticing patterns, and identifying one way you are growing.
This app is not therapy, counselling, or medical advice. It is not a crisis service. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact a qualified professional or crisis line in your area.
2. Who Can Use This App
3-2-1 Reflect does not have a minimum age requirement. Use by minors may be subject to parental consent requirements depending on your jurisdiction. Sign-in through Apple or Google is subject to their own age and account policies.
3. Your Account
You may sign in using Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
You can delete your account at any time from within the app. Deleting your account removes your account identifier from our systems. Your notification token is removed within 30 days. Reflection entries stored on your device are removed when you uninstall the app.
4. Your Content
The reflection entries you write in 3-2-1 Reflect belong to you. We do not claim ownership over your personal entries.
By using the app, you grant Your Edge Coaching a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and display your content back to you within the app.
5. Intellectual Property
The 3-2-1 method, including its three-stage structure (Celebrate, Notice, Grow), all associated prompts, stage guidance, onboarding content, intention cards, and brand language, is the original intellectual property of Tiffany Baker, carrying on business as Your Edge Coaching.
Nothing in this app grants you the right to reproduce, distribute, teach, license, or commercialize the 3-2-1 method or any associated content without written permission from Tiffany Baker.
The 3-2-1 Reflect name, logo, and all brand assets are the property of Your Edge Coaching. All rights reserved.
6. Notifications
If you enable notifications, the app registers a device notification token with Apple or Google. We store that token on our servers in Canada to deliver your reminders. You can turn notifications on or off at any time in your device settings. The token is removed within 30 days of account deletion.
7. No Warranties
3-2-1 Reflect is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Your Edge Coaching makes no warranties, express or implied, about the app's availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or results you may experience from using it.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Your Edge Coaching is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the app will not exceed the amount you paid for the app, if anything.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Alberta.
10. Apple and Google
These Terms of Service are between you and Your Edge Coaching only. Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not parties to this agreement and have no obligation to you in connection with 3-2-1 Reflect. Apple's standard End User Licence Agreement applies to your use of the app on iOS.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this document. Continued use of the app after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
