2. What Information We Collect
We collect as little information as possible. Here is what the app may collect:
Account Information
If you sign in using Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google, we receive only what those services provide: a unique user identifier and, in some cases, a name or email address. We do not store passwords.
Reflection Entries
The reflections you write in the app are stored locally on your device. They are not transmitted to our servers or accessible by anyone other than you.
Basic Usage Analytics
We collect basic, non-identifying analytics through the Apple App Store and Google Play developer platforms, such as total number of app installs and logged sessions. This data cannot be traced back to individual users.
Interaction Data
We collect anonymized interaction data and abnormal usage patterns to help us understand how the app is performing and to protect it from misuse. This data is not linked to you and cannot be used to identify you.
Crash Reporting
Basic crash reports are provided automatically through Apple and Google developer accounts. These help us identify technical issues. No personal content is included in crash reports.
Push Notifications
If you enable notifications, the app registers a device notification token with Apple or Google. We store that token on our servers in Canada to deliver your reminders. You can turn notifications on or off at any time in your device settings. The token is removed within 30 days of account deletion.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect only to:
- Operate and improve the 3-2-1 Reflect app
- Provide customer support when you contact us
- Understand general app usage through aggregated, anonymous data
We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not share your reflection entries with anyone.
4. Where Your Data Lives
Your reflection entries are stored locally on your device. If you uninstall the app, your data is permanently deleted.
Any backend data (such as your account identifier from Sign in with Apple or Google) is stored on servers located in Canada, hosted through AWS Canada.
5. Third-Party Services
At this time, 3-2-1 Reflect does not use any third-party analytics platforms, advertising networks, or tracking tools. The only third-party connections are:
- Apple (Sign in with Apple, App Store crash reporting)
- Google (Sign in with Google, Google Play crash reporting)
- AWS Canada (backend hosting)
Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them if you have concerns.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Delete your account and associated data from within the app at any time
- Contact us to ask what information we hold about you
- Request correction or deletion of your information
Note: Reflection entries are stored on your device only and are not accessible to us. Deleting the app removes them permanently.
8. Data Retention
Your reflection data lives on your device and is never deleted by us. If you uninstall the app, that data is removed from your device. Account identifiers associated with your sign-in are retained until you delete your account from within the app. We may retain usage data including but not limited to anonymized notification token, interaction, analytics and abnormal usage patterns for a period of 30 days in compliance with the Canadian privacy laws after your account is deleted.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this document. Continued use of the app after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.

6. Children's Privacy
3-2-1 Reflect does not have a minimum age requirement. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because sign-in is handled through Apple or Google, account creation is subject to their age requirements and parental controls.
If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us at Tiffany@Your-Edge.ca and we will address it promptly.
